Ingredients
- 1# Red Bliss Potatoes
- Olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
- 2 tsp Paprika
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Cut potatoes into small chunks and place in a bowl or gallon plastic bag
- Coat with olive oil
- Add in parmesan cheese, paprika, salt and pepper
- Shake bag (or stir) to coat
- Pour contents onto a very well greased cookie sheet
- Roast in oven at 425 for 30 minutes, turning halfway through
