Simple Meal Planning - Plan to Eat


  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Bananas
  • Kabob Sticks or Skewers


  • Wash all of your fruit.
  • Cut the bananas into slices or circles.
  • Cut the strawberries into quarters or triangles.
  • Put the fruit onto the kabob stick in a pattern.
  • That’s it!
